Hassle-free returns within 15 days of delivery

At PickRix, we want you to be completely satisfied. If you change your mind or face an issue, our return process is simple and transparent.

1) Return Window

You have 15 days from delivery to request a return. This allows time to check and test your product.

2) Eligible Returns

  • Unopened and in original packaging
  • Complete with all accessories and documentation
  • Free from signs of use or customer-caused damage
  • Electronics that power on and function normally

Not Eligible

  • Personalized or customized items
  • Opened software or used activation codes
  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., earphones)
  • Items missing packaging, accessories, or manuals
  • Products damaged by misuse

3) Return Process

  • 1 Contact Us — Email support@pickrix.com or call +971-050-879-3035 with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
  • 2 Authorization — We’ll provide a return authorization number, packing instructions, and a shipping label (if applicable).
  • 3 Pack & Ship — Use original packaging where possible, include all accessories/manuals, clearly mark the authorization number, and ship to our Dubai facility (address provided after approval).

4) Return Shipping

  • Customer pays for change-of-mind returns.
  • PickRix pays if item is defective or incorrect.
  • Free return shipping for warranty claims.

Tips: use a trackable service, insure valuable items, and keep receipts.

5) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

6) Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. To replace an item:

  2. 2Place a new order

7) Damaged or Defective Products

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos/videos of the issue
  • We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund

8) Exceptions

Partial refunds may apply if:

  • Items are returned after 15 days (case-by-case)
  • Products are slightly damaged during return shipping
  • Non-essential accessories are missing

No refunds for:

  • Misused or damaged products
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Products without proof of purchase

9) International Returns (GCC Customers)

  • Same 15-day return window applies
  • Customer covers return shipping to Dubai
  • Customs duties or taxes may apply
  • Processing may take longer

10) Use Returns for

  • Change of mind within 15 days
  • Wrong item ordered
  • Item not meeting expectations

Use Warranty for

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Malfunctions after 15 days
  • Performance issues during warranty period
