1) Delivery Coverage

  • Within UAE: We deliver across all Emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
  • GCC & International: We currently ship to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman through trusted logistics partners such as DHL, SMSA, and Jeebly.

2) Shipping Costs

  • UAE Orders: Free shipping on all domestic orders — no minimum spend required.
  • Outside UAE (GCC): A flat AED 50 shipping fee applies to all international orders.
  • Customs & Duties: Any import taxes, customs duties, or government fees are the buyer’s responsibility and may be collected at delivery.
  • No Hidden Fees: All shipping charges are displayed clearly at checkout.

3) Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Gulf Standard Time) are processed the same business day (Monday–Saturday).
  • Orders received after 5:00 PM or on Sundays/public holidays are handled on the next working day.
  • Handling time is typically 0–1 business day for in-stock products.

4) Estimated Delivery Time

  • Within UAE: 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).
  • GCC Countries: 2–4 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.

Delivery estimates may vary due to courier schedules, weather, or customs delays. Tracking details are shared once your order is dispatched.

5) Tracking & Notifications

  • You will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and courier details once your order ships.
  • Track your order anytime using the courier’s website or the Pickrix Tracking Portal.
  • Our support team can assist if you experience issues tracking your shipment.

6) Packaging & Handling

  • All orders are securely packed using protective, eco-friendly materials.
  • Each item is inspected before dispatch to ensure quality and authenticity.
  • We work with verified courier partners for safe delivery and signature confirmation where available.

7) Delays, Refunds & Reshipments

If delivery takes longer than the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team. We will coordinate with our logistics partners to resolve the delay and may offer a refund or reshipment where applicable.

8) Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Deliveries

  • Report missing or damaged items within 7 days of receiving your package.
  • If a wrong or incomplete address causes a return, re-delivery fees will apply.
  • We will investigate lost shipments and update you throughout the resolution process.

9) Shipping Restrictions

Pickrix complies with UAE and international trade laws and does not ship to countries or regions under trade sanctions or embargoes, including those restricted by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
