Shipping Policy

Pickrix Trading FZCO, a business registered in the United Arab Emirates (Trade Licence No. 64861), with registered office at Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, IFZA, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, ships orders across the UAE.

Delivery coverage

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only, to all Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.

Shipping costs

Free delivery on all UAE orders, with no minimum spend.
All prices are VAT-inclusive. There are no hidden fees, and any charges are shown clearly at checkout.

Order processing and delivery time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Gulf Standard Time) are processed the same business day, Monday to Saturday.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on Sundays and public holidays, are processed the next business day.
Delivery is typically completed within 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.

Tracking

Orders are delivered by trusted courier partners such as Aramex and DHL. You will receive tracking details by email or SMS once your order is dispatched. Our support team is happy to help with any delivery questions.
