Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy explains the warranty terms applicable to eligible products purchased directly from Pickrix.com, an online platform managed and operated by Pickrix Trading FZCO. Warranty rights are provided in accordance with UAE consumer protection laws and, where applicable, the product manufacturer's warranty conditions.

1. Warranty Duration & Coverage

Eligible products include warranty coverage up to 12 months for:

  • ✔ manufacturing defects
  • ✔ hardware issues arising during normal use
  • ✔ internal component failures not caused by external damage

Every product sold on Pickrix.com is backed by Pickrix store warranty in cases where the product is not covered by official manufacturer warranty. We stand behind our products and support our customers to ensure a reliable and seamless ownership experience.

This warranty applies only to defects covered under standard warranty terms and does not extend beyond the stated scope.

Some products may include a separate manufacturer warranty. If so, customers may be directed to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims once the Pickrix store warranty expires or if determined appropriate by Pickrix support.

2. Warranty Claim Procedure

To initiate a warranty claim:

  • ✔ Provide order number, product details, and issue description
  • ✔ Provide photos/videos if required
  • ✔ If needed, return the product for inspection

Warranty assessment may be handled by Pickrix or by an authorized manufacturer service provider when appropriate.

3. Warranty Resolution

If the issue is verified and covered under warranty, the product may:

  • ✔ be repaired, or
  • ✔ be replaced with the same model, or
  • ✔ be replaced with an equivalent model if unavailable

4. Exclusions From Warranty

This warranty does not cover:

  • ❌ drops, impacts, or accidental damage
  • ❌ liquid/moisture damage
  • ❌ screen/display breakages
  • ❌ cosmetic wear or scratches
  • ❌ unauthorized repairs or tampering
  • ❌ damage from unsupported software/firmware
  • ❌ misuse or abnormal usage conditions

5. Required Documentation

Proof of purchase is required. Accepted forms include:

  • ✔ Pickrix purchase invoice
  • ✔ official receipt
  • ✔ digital order confirmation

6. Legal Compliance

This warranty policy complies with UAE commercial regulations and consumer rights. Nothing in this policy overrides UAE consumer protection laws.
