Return & Refund Policy

At Pickrix Trading FZCO, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience and a fair return process. The website www.pickrix.com is fully managed and operated by Pickrix Trading FZCO. This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly from our online store, in line with consumer protection principles in the United Arab Emirates.

1. Conditions for Returns and Refunds

  • Return Window: You may request a return within 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
  • Item Condition: The product must be unopened, factory-sealed, and in original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) is required.
  • Return Shipping: Pickrix covers the return shipping cost for approved return requests.
  • No Restocking Fee: We do not charge restocking fees.

2. Opened, Activated & Open-Box Items

Products that have been opened by the customer are considered Open-Box. Open-box items that are not defective are generally not eligible for return or refund.

A product will be considered used and non-returnable if:

  • ❌ powered on or activated
  • ❌ SIM card inserted or logged into an account
  • ❌ packaging seals or factory films removed
  • ❌ device connected to Bluetooth or Wi-Fi
  • ❌ apps installed or personal data entered

Exceptions apply only when a verified manufacturing defect is confirmed.

3. Return Eligibility Summary

  • ✔ Accepted if unopened & sealed (change-of-mind allowed)
  • ✔ Accepted if defective or incorrect item received
  • ❌ Not accepted if opened, activated, or used

4. How to Return an Item

  2. Pack the Item: Include all original accessories and packaging.
  3. Return Label: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  4. Courier Pickup or Dropoff: Depending on service availability.

5. Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after successful inspection of the returned item. Refund posting times may take up to 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order.

8. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
