Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through www.pickrix.com and governs the conditions under which products may be returned or refunded.

Pickrix Trading FZCO serves customers across the United Arab Emirates through its online platform, www.pickrix.com. The company is registered in the UAE (Trade License No. 64861) and licensed under the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ), with company registration associated with IFZA Business Park, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products (including change-of-mind returns) under the following conditions:

  • ✔ Return requests must be submitted within 15 calendar days from the delivery date
  • ✔ Products must be unopened, unused, and factory-sealed
  • ✔ Original packaging, accessories, and invoice must be included
  • ✔ No restocking fees – we do not charge any restocking fees
  • ✔ Product condition accepted: New only

2. OPENED, ACTIVATED, OR USED PRODUCTS

Products that have been opened, activated, or used are not eligible for return unless a verified manufacturing defect is identified.

  • ❌ Device powered on or activated
  • ❌ SIM card inserted or account logged in
  • ❌ Factory seals or protective films removed
  • ❌ Connected to Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or paired with other devices
  • ❌ Apps installed or personal data entered

3. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Any damaged, defective, or incorrect item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, a replacement or refund will be arranged as applicable.

4. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team via email or phone
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return approval and instructions
  4. Download and print the free prepaid return shipping label provided
  5. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  6. Ship the item using the provided return label

5. RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping is completely free for all approved returns within the UAE.

  • ✔ Return label: Download and print (provided free of charge)
  • ✔ Return shipping cost: Free for all returns, including change-of-mind returns
  • ✔ Restocking fees: None

6. REFUND PROCESSING

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

7. EXCHANGES

Direct exchanges are not offered. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
