This Payment Methods Policy outlines the accepted payment options, processing terms, and related conditions applicable to orders placed through our website.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We offer multiple payment options to provide flexibility and convenience to customers within the UAE. The availability of certain payment methods may vary based on order value, delivery location, or system limitations.

2. Credit & Debit Cards

We accept major international and UAE-issued credit and debit cards, including:

  • ✔ Eligible UAE bank-issued cards

Card transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Pickrix Trading FZCO does not store or retain card details on its systems.

3. Apple Pay

Apple Pay is available for eligible transactions on supported Apple devices. Authentication is completed using Face ID, Touch ID, or device passcode, in accordance with Apple’s security standards.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • ✔ Available for eligible deliveries within the UAE only
  • ✔ Payment accepted in AED at the time of delivery
  • ✔ No additional COD service charges
  • ✔ Valid UAE mobile number required for order confirmation

5. Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL)

Where enabled at checkout, Buy Now, Pay Later services such as Tabby may be offered. Approval, installment structure, and repayment terms are determined solely by the BNPL provider.

6. Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed on the website are in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED). Prices include applicable VAT in accordance with UAE tax regulations.

7. Refunds

Refunds are processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within up to 7 business days following approval and completion of required checks.

8. Payment Security

Transactions may be subject to verification for fraud prevention and compliance purposes. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if required verification is not completed.

9. Legal Compliance

All payment activities are conducted in compliance with applicable UAE laws, financial regulations, and consumer protection standards.
