At Pickrix Trading FZCO, we provide secure and convenient payment methods to ensure your shopping experience is safe and transparent. The website www.pickrix.com is fully managed and operated by Pickrix Trading FZCO. All payments are processed exclusively in accordance with UAE commercial and consumer protection regulations.

1. Credit & Debit Cards

We accept major card networks:

  • ✔ Visa
  • ✔ Mastercard
  • ✔ American Express
  • ✔ Major UAE bank cards

All card transactions are secured using 256-bit SSL encryption, 3D Secure authentication, PCI DSS compliance, and fraud monitoring safeguards.

2. Apple Pay

Available for iOS users for seamless checkout using Face ID / Touch ID. Apple Pay transactions are tokenized and secure.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) — UAE Only

  • ✔ Valid only for UAE deliveries
  • ✔ Payment accepted in AED upon delivery
  • ✔ No COD fee applied
  • ✔ Requires a valid UAE mobile number

4. Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL)

We currently support:

  • ✔ Tabby — 4 interest-free installments

Approval and eligibility for BNPL is subject to Tabby’s internal review and risk assessment.

5. Corporate & Business Payments

  • ✔ Corporate cards accepted
  • ✔ Purchase Order (PO) arrangements available upon approval
  • ✔ Net-30 payment terms for qualifying business accounts
  • ✔ Bulk purchase quotes available

6. Pricing & Currency

All product pricing is displayed and billed exclusively in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). No other currencies are accepted for payment. Any currency values shown online, if displayed, are for reference only and do not reflect a change in billing currency.

All prices include VAT where applicable under UAE regulation.

7. Refunds

Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original payment method only:

  • • Credit/Debit Cards — 5–7 business days
  • • Apple Pay — 3–5 business days
  • • COD — refunded via AED bank transfer

8. Security & Anti-Fraud Measures

For fraud prevention and security, Pickrix reserves the right to:

  • ✔ Request verification for suspicious or high-value orders
  • ✔ Decline or cancel transactions flagged by fraud screening systems
  • ✔ Hold orders for manual review when necessary

9. Legal Compliance

All payments and refunds are processed in accordance with UAE financial regulations, applicable consumer protection rules, and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
