At Pickrix Trading FZCO, we stand behind the quality and authenticity of every product we sell. Eligible products include up to 12 months warranty against manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

- ❌ Improper Storage or Ventilation: Damage due to excessive heat, improper ventilation, or exposure to unusual environmental elements.
6. Proof of Purchase
It is important to keep your proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or order number, as it will be required to validate your warranty claim. A valid order number or proof of purchase from www.pickrix.com is mandatory to process any warranty request.
7. Manufacturer Warranty
Some products may be eligible for additional manufacturer warranty coverage beyond our standard 12-month warranty. Where applicable, we will guide you on how to claim warranty support directly from the manufacturer's authorized service centres in the UAE.
